Harry L. Holbert Jr. - Zoning Administrator
The Zoning Administrator is responsible for interpreting the Sycamore Township Zoning Resolution and Property Maintenance Code by providing quality and effective services to the residential and business communities of the Township. The Zoning Administrator also serves as the Township's liaison to appropriate Hamilton County agencies, and other organizations, as determined by the Township Administrator or Board of Trustees. Mr. Holbert reviews plans submitted with residential and commercial zoning permit applications to assure conformity with the Sycamore Township Zoning Resolution. He spends a considerable amount of time meeting with property owners, conducting field inspections, performing final inspections and answering public inquiries. Mr. Holbert is committed to maintaining a high standard of living in the Township by enforcing the Property Maintenance Code. He works to resolve resident complaints and violations of the code, and coordinates his efforts with the Sycamore Township Fire & Maintenance Departments to resolve issues of noncompliance.
