Maintenance Notices
Sycamore Township is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) for Construction Inspection and Construction Administration Services for the HAM School Road & Solzman Road Sidewalk (PID119074). Please see the attached Scope of Service.
The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. October 16, 2025, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074). The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., October 16, 2025, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074)”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained at Eastern Engineering for a non-refundable payment for each set of documents.
