The Public Hearing will take p lace at a Special Meeting of the Sycamore Township Board of Trustees for t he purpose of considering and taking action on a Consent Decree which is p roposed to fully resolve the litigation in the case of Sycamore Township B oard of Trustees v. St. John Holdings LLC\, et al.\, case no. A2302487\, i n the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. The real property involved is 7601 School Rd\, 45249 (Parcel ID 600-0140-0028-00)\, Sycamore Township\, Ohio. Pursuant to the proposed Consent Decree\, there is a proposed chang e in permitted use on the real property to permit the operation of a const ruction demolition and debris transfer\, processing\, and/or recycling fac ility for a period of five years by a new owner\, Sunesis Holdings Inc. It also requires conditions regarding dust emissions and water runoff be met and\, after five years\, this permitted use will cease.
