The Sycamore Township Veterans Memorial Wall stands firm and proud within Bechtold Park. Located at 4312 Sycamore Road, the memorial stands next to The Bechtold Pavilion. Constructed in the spring of 1994 and dedicated at the Memorial Day Service on May 30, 1994, the memorial has been a part of every Memorial Day Parade since it was built. A donation from the Kenwood, Silverton, and Madeira Kiwanis Club along with funding from Sycamore Township made this beautiful Memorial possible. The Veterans Memorial serves as a reminder to all of the soldiers who gave their lives to keep our country free.
