Sycamore Township acknowledges that it maintains many records that are used in the administration and operation of Sycamore Township. The records maintained by Sycamore Township and the ability to access them are a means to provide trust between the public and Sycamore Township. Sycamore Township maintains its records in a manner which allows Sycamore Township to provide the general public with the right to inspect and copy the public records of the Township within a reasonable period of time, during its regular business hours from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Sycamore Township has a public records policy and a Schedule of Records Retention (RC-2). If you would like a copy of a particular record from the Township, you may call the Township, use the form below, or make a request online using the Citizen Action Line available from the website homepage. The Action Line will generate a tracking number for your request. If you have any questions about using the Action Line, the Records Request feature or navigating the website, please call the Township at 513-791-8447. Public record requests will be fulfilled in the order received.
