The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. May 1, 2026, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the Rossash Road Reconstruction Project. The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., May 1, 2026, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” Rossash Road Reconstruction Project”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One Engineering.
