Please be advised that on April 14, 2026, the Sycamore Township Board of Trustees passed Resolution 2026-032 declaring the structure(s) on the real property at 11933 Third Ave, 45249 (Parcel ID 060000110831), Sycamore Township, Ohio, owned by you, to be insecure, unsafe, and structurally defective. You have twenty (20) days from the date of this notice to request a hearing on the removal of the structure before the Board of Township Trustees. If no request is made, the building and its contents will be razed, and the cost of doing so will be placed on the tax bill of the noted parcel(s).
