HCSO Camera Registry Program

As part of its Connect Hamilton County initiative the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office has launched a Camera Registry Program. The program allows residents, businesses and private organizations to share with the Sheriff’s Office the location of security cameras throughout Sycamore Township. Sycamore Township Awarded H2Ohio Grant

Why are we sharing a photo of a snow plow in May? Because Sycamore Township has been awarded a $36,449.00 Ohio EPA-H2Ohio Rivers Initiative Chloride Reduction Grant! These grant funds will be used to purchase a mobile brine tank with application equipment and seven air and surface temperature systems for the Township’s snow removal trucks.

Kenwood Road Bridge Reconstruction Road Closure

The City of Blue Ash has notified Sycamore Township of a road closure and detour route during the Kenwood Road Bridge Reconstruction. The work consists of reconstructing the existing failing bridge and rebuilding the pedestrian bridge on Kenwood Road between Pfeiffer Road and Zig Zag Road. Kenwood Road will be closed to all traffic


V.F.W. Memorial Day Parade Participant Registration

The 2024 V.F.W. Memorial Day Parade will take place on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.  The parade is a joint event with Deer Park, Silverton, and Sycamore Township. Line up starts at 9:15 a.m. at Silverton Veterans Memorial Park. The  parade route will travel north on Ohio Avenue, East on Webster Avenue,

MTIF Grants Awarded to Sycamore Township

Sycamore Township Administrator Greg Bickford attended Cincinnati Metro's third annual Metro Transit Infrastructure Funds (MTIF) Grant Signing Ceremony on February 20th. Greg was there to accept two grants on behalf of Sycamore Township, one in the amount of $4,195,528.00 for the Kenwood Road Improvement Project and another $236,475.00 grant for the Finley Lane

Bob Meyer Park Playground Project

At their February 6, 2024 meeting, the Board of Trustees approved a resolution to purchase and install new playground equipment at Bob Meyer Park. Trustee Tracy Kellums and Park Supervisor Jason Petty worked with residents of Sturbridge subdivision on the design of the new playground. This project is scheduled to begin in May, 2024.
