The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. on September 17, 2021, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Sycamore Township Fire Department Station #93 Vehicle Exhaust Removal System. At that time, the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the Sycamore Township Administration Building, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The deadline to submit an application for a conditional use to be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals at their next meeting is today at noon.
The deadline to submit an application for a PUD, PUD Modification, LASR or *Zone Change to be heard by the Zoning Commission at their next meeting is today at noon.
*Please note, Zone Change applications require an Open House prior to official submittal. Conceptual drawings must be provided to the Township a minimum 14 days prior to the Open House.
