The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. October 16, 2025, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074). The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., October 16, 2025, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074)”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained at Eastern Engineering for a non-refundable payment for each set of documents. Due to forecasted snow and frigid temperatures,

the Dillonvale Luminaria has been rescheduled to

December 20, 2025, same time, same place!

Please join us for this holiday tradition on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Bechtold Park Pavilion, 4312 Sycamore Road. We encourage all Dillonvale residents to decorate the sidewalks in front of their homes with luminaria bags. The luminaria kits are available at Ace Hardware in the Dillonvale Shopping Center. Three holiday decorations winners will receive a prize from a local business and be featured on the Township’s website! Bring the kids to see Santa Claus, take a hayride through the streets of Dillonvale to view holiday lights, and enjoy refreshments courtesy of Dillonvale IGA. The Dillonvale Luminaria is sure to get you and your family into the holiday spirit!
