Sycamore Township Developer Focus Group: Montgomery Road Properties Development
Sycamore Township Administration is interested in developing a plan for ~7.5 acres of land owned by the Township. This property is situated along Montgomery Road and is located between the BP gas station and the Redstone office development.
Sycamore Township will be hosting several Focus Groups this spring as a planning exercise to gather input from the community in advance about the most appropriate use and design of the future project. At this stage, there are no specific plans for this site. The Focus Groups consist of residents near the area in question, members of the business community, and potential developers in order to help create a plan.
The Focus Group meetings will not be open for the public to attend in person, however, they will be available to view via live stream.

Where: Bechtold Park, 4312 Sycamore Road, near the Pavilion (Sycamore Road Entrance)
When: Sundays at 10:00 a.m. beginning April 11th through the first week of September (No Yoga on the 4th of July)*

Document Shredding for Sycamore Township residents will take place Saturday, April 17, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot behind the Township Administration Building at 8540 Kenwood Road.
