Please be advised that on December 05, 2024, at 4:00 pm, the Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, OH, 45236. The Public Hearing will take place at a Special Meeting of the Sycamore Township Board of Trustees for the purpose of considering and taking action on a Consent Decree which is proposed to fully resolve the litigation in the case of Sycamore Township Board of Trustees v. St. John Holdings LLC, et al., case no. A2302487, in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas. The real property involved is 7601 School Rd, 45249 (Parcel ID 600-0140-0028-00), Sycamore Township, Ohio. Pursuant to the proposed Consent Decree, there is a proposed change in permitted use on the real property to permit the operation of a construction demolition and debris transfer, processing, and/or recycling facility for a period of five years by a new owner, Sunesis Holdings Inc. It also requires conditions regarding dust emissions and water runoff be met and, after five years, this permitted use will cease. Members of the public will be permitted to express their opinions regarding the Consent Decree at the Public Hearing. A copy of the Consent Decree may be reviewed at the office of the Sycamore Township Fiscal Officer at the Township Administrative Office located at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236 during normal business hours.

The Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 9:50 a.m. to adjourn into Executive Session as permitted by ORC 121.22 (G)(1) to consider the appointment, employment, and compensation of a public employee. No action will be taken as a result of the Executive Session.

The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. on February 7th, 2025, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Marieview Ct. and Frane Lane Culvert Replacement Project.
