NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to O.R.C. Section 145.381, Sycamore Township hereby provides public notice that Tracy Kellums plans to retire and is seeking to be rehired by Sycamore Township in the role of Township Administrator. Sycamore Township will hold a public meeting on September 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in regard to this issue. The location of the public hearing is 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Board of Trustees’ meeting room.
The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. December 9, 2022, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Montgomery Road Sidewalk Improvements. The bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., December 9, 2022, at the above address. Your bid submittal envelope shall be marked “Montgomery Road Sidewalk Improvements”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained at Phipps Reprographics for a non-refundable payment for each set of documents.
