Please note that the Consent Decree Public Hearing set for February 2, 2021 at 6:00 pm will begin and be opened as scheduled, but will likely be continued for February 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm by the Trustees in order to provide additional time for further details to be made available to the public prior to the continued Hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED CONSENT DECREE

Pursuant to RC Section 505.07, Sycamore Township is a party to Hamilton County, Ohio Case No. A 1904001 and is considering settling the aforementioned case via a court-approved consent decree.  Accordingly, Sycamore Township is providing notice that it will hold a public hearing to obtain public comment concerning the proposed consent decree on February 2^nd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.  The location of the public hearing is 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Board of Trustees’ meeting room. The above-referenced proposed consent decree is and will be available for inspection by the public during regular business hours in the Sycamore Township Fiscal Officer’s Offices until the above-referenced public hearing occurs.

Please note that the Public Hearing for Zoning Case 2020-07Z (8760 Montgomery Road) set for February 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm has been cancelled.  The applicant has requested a continuance to March 16, 2021 at 6:00 pm in order to provide additional time for discussions with adjacent residents and plan revisions to be made prior to the continued Hearing. * If you have already registered to speak at the hearing, that registration will be good for the March hearing date.

The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. February 19, 2021 at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the 2021 Road Improvement Program. may be obtained at the Office of the Fiscal Officer. Your envelope shall be marked “2021 Road Improvement Program”. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., February 19, 2021 at the above address. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
