The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., September 26, 2024, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” Ham-Sycamore Township Preemption, (PID119073)”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Bring the whole family to the Touch a Truck event behind the Township Administration building on Saturday, October 12th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!
The kids will love seeing the fire trucks, dump trucks, Sheriff’s S.W.A.T. vehicles, Bomb Squad, K-9 Unit, and more! Republic Waste Services is bringing a garbage truck for kids to see up close!
Be sure to be there by 11:00 a.m. when the UC Health Air Care helicopter arrives! Sycamore Township Fire Department personnel will perform a training exercise with UC Health Air Care.
There will also be an inflatable corn maze, face painting, and games to play, music provided by On The Air Entertainment, plus food truck Granny’s Goodies on the Go! and more to be announced!
