NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED CONSENT DECREE
Pursuant to RC Section 505.07, Sycamore Township is a party to Hamilton County, Ohio Case No. A 1904001 and is considering settling the aforementioned case via a court-approved consent decree. Accordingly, Sycamore Township is providing notice that it will hold a public hearing to obtain public comment concerning the proposed consent decree on February 2nd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Board of Trustees’ meeting room. The above-referenced proposed consent decree is and will be available for inspection by the public during regular business hours in the Sycamore Township Fiscal Officer’s Offices until the above-referenced public hearing occurs.

Sycamore Township Resident Focus Group: Montgomery Road Properties Development
Sycamore Township Administration is interested in developing a plan for ~7.5 acres of land owned by the Township. This property is situated along Montgomery Road and is located between the BP gas station and the Redstone office development.
Sycamore Township will be hosting several Focus Groups this spring as a planning exercise to gather input from the community in advance about the most appropriate use and design of the future project. At this stage, there are no specific plans for this site. The Focus Groups consist of residents near the area in question, members of the business community, and potential developers in order to help create a plan.
The Focus Group meetings will not be open for the public to attend in person, however, they will be available to view via live stream.

The deadline to submit an application for a PUD, PUD Modification, LASR or *Zone Change to be heard by the Zoning Commission at their next meeting is today at noon.
