The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. May 21, 2021 at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Montgomery Road Crosswalk Pavement Marking Program. Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Fiscal Officer. Your envelope shall be marked “Montgomery Road Crosswalk Pavement Marking Program”. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., May 21, 2021 at the above address. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

Volunteers Needed for Thinning Perennials at Kenwood Gardens~
The Hostas, Black-Eyed Susans, Lily of the Valley, and Iris need to be thinned.
Bring gardening gloves, a hand trowel or shovel, and a box to take some home.
Activity level: moderate, with bending and digging
Service hours may be documented if needed.

Sycamore Township offers a scheduled monthly Brush Chipping Program for residents, providing residents the opportunity to drop off tree and brush trimmings behind the Township Administration Building free of charge for the recycling of wood chips and mulch. Residents are asked to bring their brush and limbs to the rear of the Township Administration building where maintenance personnel will assist in the unloading and chipping of the material. This program normally runs the first Saturday of each month (excluding holidays) from April through December.
