The Board of Trustees has rescheduled the July 5th regular meeting to Wednesday, July 13th at 7:00 p.m. as a Special Meeting for general purposes.
The July 19, 2022 Trustee Meeting has been canceled.
The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2022, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the Illuminated Street Name Signs Project. At that time, the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at Phipps Reprographics for a non-refundable payment for each set of documents. Shipping and delivery costs are additional. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to O.R.C. Section 145.381, Sycamore Township hereby provides public notice that Tracy Kellums plans to retire and is seeking to be rehired by Sycamore Township in the role of Township Administrator. Sycamore Township will hold a public meeting on September 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in regard to this issue. The location of the public hearing is 8540 Kenwood Road, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Board of Trustees’ meeting room.
