The Board of Directors of the CIC will hold a CIC Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:15 p.m. or immediately after the Board of Trustees Meeting adjourns whichever is later.

Sycamore Township offers a scheduled monthly Brush Chipping Program for residents, providing residents the opportunity to drop off tree and brush trimmings behind the Township Administration Building free of charge for the recycling of wood chips and mulch. Residents are asked to bring their brush and limbs to the rear of the Township Administration building where maintenance personnel will assist in the unloading and chipping of the material. This program normally runs the first Saturday of each month (**excluding holiday weekends) from April through December.

The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. April 16, 2025, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the 2025 Pavement Resurfacing Program. The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., April 16, 2025, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked “2025 Pavement Resurfacing Program”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the Office of the Fiscal Officer or on the township’s website Sycamoretownship.org.

Sycamore Township hosts a National Day of Prayer event annually, inviting clergy from local churches and synagogues to lead us in prayer for our nation, federal, state and local governments, the military and our community.
This year’s theme is “Pour Out to the God of Hope and be Filled.”
