Please be advised that on August 19, 2025, at 5:45pm a public hearing will be held at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township OH, 45236, to discuss Resolution 2025-056 declaring the structures on the real property at 8210 St. Clair Ave, 45236 (Parcel ID 060002020060), Sycamore Township, Ohio, to be insecure, unsafe, and structurally defective, thereby constituting a direct threat to the public health & safety and requiring removal pursuant to Section 505.86 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The 08/27/2025 BZA Meeting has been cancelled.
At the request of the applicant’s counsel, BZA case BZA-2025-4 has been moved to September 24th, 2025.
The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. October 16, 2025, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074). The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., October 16, 2025, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” HAM School and Solzman Sidewalk, (PID 119074)”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
