Please be advised that on January 20, 2026, at 5:40 p.m. a public hearing will be held at 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township OH, 45236, to discuss Resolution 2025-102 declaring the structure(s) on the real property at 12060 Seventh Ave, 45249 (Parcel ID 060000110049), Sycamore Township, Ohio, to be insecure, unsafe, and structurally defective, thereby constituting a direct threat to the public health & safety and requiring removal pursuant to Section 505.86 of the Ohio Revised Code.
The Sycamore Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed bid proposals until 10:00 a.m. March 20, 2026, at the Office of the Fiscal Officer, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, Ohio 45236, for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the Sycamore Township North Connectivity Project. The Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m., March 20, 2026, at the above address. Your proposal envelope shall be marked ” Sycamore Township North Connectivity Project”. The Trustees reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, full sets only, may be obtained and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One Engineering.
