A Public Hearing for the Establishment of the above referenced project has been set for Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, at 1:15 p.m. at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, Room 603, 138 East Court Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This Notice is to inform you of the Hearing so that you may attend if you desire.

Plans showing the proposed improvements for this project may be viewed at the Hamilton County Engineer’s Office, 223 West Galbraith Road, Cincinnati OH 45215, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The plans will also be available immediately before and after the Establishment Hearing in the Engineer’s Office, Room 700 County Administration Building, 138 East Court Street, Cincinnati OH 45202.
Survey crews will begin placing stakes on or about April 18th, 2024, in order to identify certain lines for the on-site viewing by the Hamilton County Commissioners.
