To apply for a Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) case, a pre-application meeting is required with Township staff. To get started, click the Cloudpermit Link to set up an account. Once you do so, you will select the Sycamore Township community in the Ohio section. Next, you will find the selection to request a pre-application meeting. Once a meeting is requested, Township staff is happy to schedule a pre-application meeting. At the pre-application meeting, staff will discuss the process of applying for the case and the meeting process.
The BZA reviews the following applications: Variances, Conditional Uses, and Appeals.
The BZA meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Administration Building, 8540 Kenwood Road, unless otherwise noted: 2025 Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting Dates
If you have questions about the pre-application process or Cloudpermit, please call staff at (513) 792-7250.
