Kenwood Road Project – stretching from Montgomery Road to the Blue Ash Corporation Line
Adleta Construction has been awarded this significant infrastructure improvement project, which will begin on March 4, 2025, and is scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2025.
Project Highlights:

- Egress/Ingress Approaches: Facilitating smoother and safer access points.

- Complete Roadway Resurfacing: Providing a smoother and more reliable driving surface.
While lane closures will occur during construction, we are committed to minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the project’s duration.
Project Funding:
The total cost of the Kenwood Road Project is $4.25 million. We are proud that the Sycamore Township Trustees have secured over $3.83 million in grant funding to support these essential improvements.
