Residents of Sycamore Township who have mobility challenges or are homebound and unable to leave home to receive a COVID-19 vaccine may register at Homebound Registration Survey (cchmc.org) Once registered, the Sycamore Township FIRE/EMS Department will contact you as vaccines become available to provide the vaccination at your residence.

Attorney General Yost’s Robocall Enforcement Unit Warns of Potential Scam Calls and Texts
