Congratulations to Sycamore Township Fire Department's newly promoted officer, Adam Rich! At the July 21st Trustee Meeting, Chairman of the Board of Trustees Tom Weidman administered the officer oath to Firefighter/Paramedic Adam Rich who has been promoted to Lieutenant.  Congratulations Lt.
